Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use gaming services on the add77 platform:

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person or member of the same household operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Users must provide their real name, correct date of birth, and valid contact information.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity or business is not permitted.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Process

Accurate and complete information must be provided to open an account on add77. add77 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

• Information provided at registration may be verified at any time.
• Email or mobile number verification may be required to activate an account.
• add77 reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving a reason.

2.2 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. add77 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify add77 support immediately.
• add77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

add77 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of the Postal Department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the method and account level.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it generally appears in the account within a few minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 4).

3.4 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit request once submitted generally cannot be cancelled. It may be possible to cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins — please contact add77 support regarding this.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any of the following situations will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Applying strategies to avoid wagering requirements in order to withdraw bonus funds.
• Coordinating with others to meet bonus conditions.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using any software or automation.

If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Other Promotions

Gaming Rules & Fairness

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

5.4 Erroneous Bets & Anti-Manipulation

add77 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous or abnormal odds arising from a technical error. Accounts found betting based on match fixing or insider information will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

9.3 Balance After Closure

The balance of an account closed in accordance with the rules will be returned after the verification process is complete. The balance and bonuses of an account closed due to a breach of the rules may be forfeited.

Terms Modification & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Modification of Terms

add77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

add77 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.
• Issues caused by third-party software or services.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

10.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between add77 and the user. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
